I’m Bert, founder of Pixel Pros Design, a web design company in Hartford, CT and I love working with small businesses and startups to develop websites that are easy to use, and that make it easy for customers to convert.

I believe in designing for the user, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes your business more profitable. With over 15 years of experience designing sites for companies big and small, I’ve seen how good design can help you stand out from your competitors, sell more products and services, and get more people talking about you.

My process is always user-centered: I start with research, finding out what people need from a site and what they’re looking for when they come across it. Then I move on to wireframing and prototyping—that way we can figure out exactly what’s needed before we get too far along in the development process. Finally, we create high-fidelity mockups so that everyone involved has clarity about what’s being built before it goes live—and so there are no surprises later down the road!
